His recent representative matters include the representation of a leading automotive corporation in a 30 million dollar lawsuit against a bank for breach of banking secrecy laws. He has also been appointed to defend the Investment Development Authority in Lebanon (a government agency) in a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a D.B.O.T. agreement and the construction of a shopping center in Beirut.

In addition, Jean-Pierre represents clients before arbitral tribunals across a broad range of matters generally related to business transactions, investments, construction, trade, sale of goods, distribution, telecommunications, joint venture and intellectual property.
