Marwan is a litigation associate and trainee lawyer in the firm. He prepares for and argues cases in court while working on a wide range of matters, including family, commercial and employment disputes and criminal lawsuits. He also does extensive case-related research, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents, and oversee compliance to documents.

Marwan is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities; he is dedicated and capable of working both in teams and independently.

Jean-Pierre is a senior partner in the firm and his practice focuses on dispute resolution, corporate transactions, real estate and international trade.

Recognized as a leading practitioner in the field, Jean-Pierre has substantial experience representing international clients in various types of complex and high-stakes litigation matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, real estate and financial disputes. His strong track record has made him the go-to litigator for major clients involved in high profile cases. His recent representative matters include the representation of a leading automotive corporation in a 30 million dollar lawsuit against a bank for breach of banking secrecy laws. He has also been appointed to defend the Investment Development Authority in Lebanon (a government agency) in a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a D.B.O.T. agreement and the construction of a shopping center in Beirut.

In addition, Jean-Pierre represents clients before arbitral tribunals across a broad range of matters generally related to business transactions, investments, construction, trade, sale of goods, distribution, telecommunications, joint venture and intellectual property.

He frequently provides advice to leading companies on international regulatory compliance and matters involving customs, export controls and tax regulations, as well as to private clients on a wide range of matters, including the protection of their personal wealth and structuring their purchase of estates, companies and yachts.

Nagy co-heads the dispute resolution team in the firm and his practice focuses on representing clients on a wide range of litigation matters, including family, real estate, employment, construction, tax and civil disputes. He has also advised clients on proceedings involving bankruptcy claims with a multi-jurisdictional element.

Nagy has litigated cases in almost all courts jurisdictions around the country and has recovered on client’s behalf large amounts in judgments, settlements and arbitrations.
